  • Increased availability of downtown parking by highlighting available parking at the Upper Valley Street Lot (the lot has now been re-lined)
  • added free all-day business parking along the hedgerow at People’s Bank Parking Lot by shifting four hours to eight-hour parking on Mineral and Factory Streets. 
  • Asked for art by kids to be put at the Bus Stop
  • This cause was taken up by Bus Start, a group that makes sure the Bus "Start" continues to have a rotating grouping of kids' art

Revitalizing Springfield's Downtown!

Coordinated a Creative Economy presentation by Lars Torres of the State Office of the Creative Economy
